Notre méthode traditionnelle tant attendue fait son retour, née cette fois de l'assemblage de deux millésimes. Le 2022 en dessine la charpente et la finesse oxydative ; le 2023 y déploie le fruit et la vinosité. Voici un premier lot de cette cuvée, avec 21 mois d'élevage sur lie.
Our much-anticipated traditional-method sparkling is back, this time born of a blend across two vintages. The 2022 lends structure and oxidative finesse; the 2023 brings the fruit and vinosity. This is a first release of the cuvée, with 21 months of ageing on the lees.
